Jeremy Gingerich, a licensed builder, the owner/operator of Timeless Builders LLC

We are a contracting company specializing in whole home renovations. From kitchens and bathrooms to house  additions, Jeremy has helped clients add value to their properties. One of his more recognized clients, Bennett Properties, had Jeremy update a number of buildings that were outdated college rentals and turn them into luxury short-term vacation rentals. Creating an open, luxurious space required Jeremy and his team to remove a number of interior walls, add additions, and rework existing kitchen and bathroom layouts. The outcome was an amazing transformation that helped establish Jeremy’s reputation as an elite contractor in Charleston,SC.                                                                                         

Before owning his own business, Jeremy grew up in North Carolina where he helped build homes with his father. Jeremy's father learned the trade from his upbringing in the Amish community. During his building career, Jeremy has spent time building and renovating homes in Canada and  Hawaii. These experiences have helped round Jeremy into the craftsman he is today. Although his skills have taken him to different places around North America, Jeremy, along with his wife and daughter are proud to call Greenville, SC home. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys helping out in his community. He does work with different charitable organizations, including Habitat for Humanity.
